職位要求：
1.Bachelor degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering or equivalent
2.At least 5years of related working experience for a degree holder
3.Experience with available CAD/CAE tools such as Channel Designer, HFSS, CST, FDTD tools, MoM tools, Sigrity PowerSI, PAKSI-E, Power-grid, Agilent ADS, Agilent PLTS, Cadence CAD tools
4.Experience correlating simulation results with lab measurements using oscilloscopes, TDRs and VNAs is essential. Capability of scripting/automating the analysis flow with point tool
5.In depth understanding of electromagnetics
6.Demonstrated ability in information analysis problem solving, sound judgment, and leadership
7.Good verbal and written skills for exchange of information in a clear and concise manner
8.Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team environment
工作職責(zé)：
1.Perform characterization of high-speed connectors and systems through the use of high-speed digital ****ing and electromagnetic modelling techniques
2.Develop empirical and analytical electrical **** procedures and specifications
3.Develop and implement **** fixtures
4.Design characterization **** boards and customer verification boards; work with PCB design houses
5.Perform empirical and analytical ****ing based on available design input requirements
6.Generate evaluation and qualification reports or presentation materials for both internal and customer use
7.Provide supervision to lower level engineers, review and approve their work to meet performance standard
8.Provide expert advice to Marketing,Sales and/or customers on signal integrity related matters
9.Manage the Signal Integrity Laboratory’s operation and maintenance
10.Be up-to-date with industry trend on high speed connector requirements and disseminate / share information among team members
11.Lead research and development work on or advanced technologies in electrical design capabilities
12.Provide technical guidance on Signal Integrity to Product Design Engineering, Marketing and Sales personnel or others as required
