崗位職責(zé)：- 熟悉房地產(chǎn)市場(chǎng)的行情與現(xiàn)狀，能夠分析研究房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)發(fā)展趨勢(shì)；- 具有良好的專(zhuān)業(yè)知識(shí)，熟悉房地產(chǎn)市場(chǎng)及物業(yè)領(lǐng)域知識(shí)；- 能夠完成各種地產(chǎn)類(lèi)型的市場(chǎng)調(diào)研工作及評(píng)估工作，撰寫(xiě)房地產(chǎn)及相關(guān)行業(yè)的分析及估價(jià)報(bào)告；- 組織項(xiàng)目前期市場(chǎng)調(diào)研工作的開(kāi)展；- 協(xié)助董事負(fù)責(zé)完成項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量和準(zhǔn)確性控制，并完成部門(mén)存檔和數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)系統(tǒng)的建設(shè)和更新工作；- 協(xié)助董事維護(hù)同公司有關(guān)系的客戶(hù)之間的關(guān)系，并開(kāi)發(fā)新的客戶(hù)；- 完成董事或者資深管理層下達(dá)的其他任務(wù)；崗位要求：- 大學(xué)本科以上學(xué)歷，房地產(chǎn)、土木工程、建筑、經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)或相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)；- 至少一年以上房地產(chǎn)評(píng)估工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，有房地產(chǎn)上市評(píng)估、信托基金評(píng)估、資產(chǎn)評(píng)估、市場(chǎng)/調(diào)研領(lǐng)域相關(guān)的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先考慮；- 中英文流利，能夠撰寫(xiě)英文報(bào)告；- 熟悉房地產(chǎn)市場(chǎng)，精通房地產(chǎn)評(píng)估專(zhuān)業(yè)知識(shí)，具有RICS專(zhuān)業(yè)資質(zhì)或中國(guó)房地產(chǎn)估價(jià)師/土地估價(jià)師/資產(chǎn)評(píng)估師資質(zhì)者優(yōu)先考慮；- 具有較強(qiáng)的統(tǒng)計(jì)分析能力，熟練使用office辦公軟件；- 有良好的溝通能力和獨(dú)立工作的能力，講求效率；- 具備較高的綜合素質(zhì)、獨(dú)立處理事務(wù)的能力以及較強(qiáng)的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神；- 責(zé)任心強(qiáng)，能夠承受高負(fù)荷的工作壓力，適應(yīng)加班；- 接受經(jīng)常國(guó)內(nèi)出差的工作需要；Key Accountabilities:- Support HOD in developing valuation project opportunities across China;- Project management and / or proposal preparation and management from conception to completion of deliverables and project closing;- Enhance the market reputation of Colliers by optimising response strategies, elevating the quality of report deliverables;- Deliver high value added valuation services to clients, achieve business objectives and maximise the profitability of the team;- To participate in valuation and surveying projects and to prepare necessary reports with absolute high accuracy;- To conduct site visits in all China provinces and to collect data for preparation of valuation and advisory projects;- To ensure compliance of ISO standards;- To retain existing clients and maintain good client relationships;Requirements & Qualifications:- University degree in Real Estate, Economic or related disciplines;- At least a years’ relevant valuation and consultancy experience with experience in pre-IPO, IPO, REITs, and relevant market study/research is an advantage;- RICS qualification or other related professional qualification such as CREA, CREV and CPV is an advantage;- Abundant knowledge / experience in China’s real estate market;- Excellent writing and communication skills (Both Mandarin and English);- Detail-minded and independent;- Able to work under continuous pressure, tight schedule and unpredicted volume of work;- Willing to travel and to work long hours;- Proficiency in Word / Excel / PowerPoint.;
