職責(zé)
Responsibilities
1、 針對(duì)新項(xiàng)目組建項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)，明確成員分工和項(xiàng)目例會(huì)。成員應(yīng)包括但可不僅限于技術(shù)、質(zhì)量、生產(chǎn)、采購(gòu)、物流、生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃等功能人員。Set up project team. Align responsibilities and project regular meeting. Team should include but not limited to engineering, quality, production, purchasing, logistics, product planning, etc.
2、 協(xié)調(diào)內(nèi)部資源，對(duì)客戶的技術(shù)、質(zhì)量、交期、成本等要求進(jìn)行評(píng)估，確保公司對(duì)客戶所有要求的正確理解。制訂項(xiàng)目KPI. Coordinate internal resources to clarify, understand and confirm customers’ technical, quality, delivery, cost, etc. requirements. Make project KPI, and share information correctly and timely.
3、 跟蹤項(xiàng)目成本發(fā)生狀況，及時(shí)溝通并適時(shí)采取措施應(yīng)對(duì)變化。
Follow up project budget and make action plan when cost varies to budget.
4、 制定項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理計(jì)劃。Make project risk management schedule, update and make action plan, follow up.
5、 制定項(xiàng)目時(shí)間計(jì)劃。Create timing line according to customer program mile-stone.
6、 跟蹤項(xiàng)目時(shí)間節(jié)點(diǎn)，采取有效措施滿足項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度。Follow up milestone, make action plan to push result.
7、 管理來(lái)自客戶的工程變更。Coordinate and manage customers’ engineering change.
8、 協(xié)調(diào)首件檢查。Prepare and sign-off the FAI(First article inspection).
Qualifications
任職資格與技能
1、 本科及以上學(xué)歷，有5年以上項(xiàng)目管理經(jīng)驗(yàn), 能熟練運(yùn)用英語(yǔ)交流。Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years project management experience ,fluent in English is a must.
2、 較強(qiáng)的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力，能承受較大工作壓力，接受彈性工作時(shí)間。Strong leadership. Work under pressure and adapt to flexible working time.
3、 良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)精神,性格開(kāi)朗,善于協(xié)調(diào)。Good Team spirit, open minded, friendly but professional.
